It is those dramatic events that embody the reality of Captain Woodrow Cole, now retired from the Rangers. Cole was assigned to the task of tracking down a man killed by Baron Eastern Railways to track Joey Garza, a new type of killer killed from a distance. Cole joined his old partner Pea Eye, where they decided to make a long trip to South Texas and the Mexican side of the border but the past was to chase Cole again, where Maria Garza, Joey's mother.
